Lighting provided by a portable spotlight.
Steps were taken to prevent capturing lights in the background and reflections.
This appears to be photos of what is called a "ROD", "Light Rod" or "Light Slugs".
The photos above were taken 1 second apart.
The person could offer no explanation for the abnormalities.
