This photo was taken Friday April 13, 2001 at dusk. It was not foggy or raining and I was not smokeing.
The wind was real calm so this is not the result of a dust storm. To be honest about it .. I don't know what it is.
Many people have drown here.
The photo below was taken the next day from the same location.
